16 bathrooms, 12 kitchens, 7 common areas, 3 floors and one beautiful historic project finished in Logan, Utah.

This project was a doozy to say the least. We started in February 2020 and were able to finish this in just a few months and during a world-wide pandemic. This building had been empty for a few years and in partnership with the owner, we came up with a plan to update, repair and remodel both interior and exterior to be able to use this building again as a functioning apartment complex.

We went straight to work demoing out the old and working on the “bones” of the building. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing all had to be addressed to ensure that the rebuild would be done correctly. Once those were completed, we were able to start putting this building back together.
