Yep. This one was a doozey!

We were given the opportunity to handle this very special project in Mantua, from a previous client. A few years before, we had remodeled their entire main bath. It turned out beautiful. The home owners wanted to keep some of the original touches in the home, but add in some modern amenities and we delivered.

A few shorts years later, they reached out about adding on to their adorable farm home, on historic main street in Mantua, right next to the lake. We were so excited to tackle this project, but knew it wasn’t an easy task.

We added on an entire 1200 sq/ft, 2 levels to the existing home. Opened up exterior & interior walls, tied into the roof and foundation walls, upgrading plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

The kitchen island is 10ft long to give a little perspective to this massive remodel. While it is still snowing in Mantua right now, we will be show casing this project and the exterior and more of the spaces we did on the next blog post. This is the kitchen and mud room space so far.
