Ever wanted more natural light in your basement but not sure where to start? We had a client that had a vision and it was so great to see this go from an idea, to a concept to reality in a few short months. She wanted to remove 2 walls (an interior and exterior wall) and create a sunroom to walkout her basement into the backyard. She asked, we delivered!

This was before. We knocked the interior wall on the left out and made a bigger space in the adject room (which is below).

Once the rooms were emptied and ready for demo, we started ripping out the old and what a transformation this space was. New flooring, kitchenette, cabinets, a sitting area and as for the sunroom, she has turned it into an art studio and exercise room. Look below on how this all came together:
