As we dive straight into this New Year, we are already wrapping up a few showers and kitchen remodels this year. We wanted to share this most recent one with our readers and potential customers at this captures the process pretty well.

With our daily accountability for our crews, we manage all of our projects with the highest amount an attention to details. After we start your project, you will be able to login in to our online system and watch your project come to life, even if you are not there.

Below is a start to finished project of a total basement bathroom. This project took right around 1 week to complete (minus the install of the custom shower door which normally is installed after we are completely and the shower door company can measure.)

The process of remodeling can be a bit stressful but we limit that with open communication to our clients. From demo to completion, there are lots of phases your home will go through, lots of questions as to why a certain process needs to take place but rest assured, when you project is completed, you will love it!

As we start out with your project on day one (after contract signing), the project lead will go through the scope of work in detail with the clients. This eliminates any questions as to what the work will entail. After that, we start demo right away and toss out all old fixtures, rubbish, and anything else we need to0. Demo day can be messy, but we try and make as little mess as possible and use containment areas.

After demo is completed, the next steps are to make sure the “bones” are working and see if we need to replace anything such as sub floors, fix or replace leaking pipes, add electrical to new layout, ect.

Once those are addressed and completed, we start with the rebuild. Closing up walls & floors, water proofing the shower and tub areas are a must.

Let’s be honest, the rebuild of the stuff behind the walls are not as exciting as the watching your new floors or tiles sections go up on the walls, right? The selections you choose can make or break a space. If you aren’t working with designer when selecting your floors, paint, cabinets and tile, a best practice is to have a photo of something you love so that you can use it as inspiration while choosing your new finishes.

Watching the room get put back together is one of the best parts of seeing you project come to life.
